I Am I Can is committed to encouraging personal growth and forming lasting, beneficial relationships with young women. Our advocates or mentors will spend time with and get to know each participant on a one-on-one basis.

Activities may include but are not limited to:

• Professional internships
• Horseback riding
• Shopping and lunch dates
• Resume development
• Assist in career planning and development
• Jewelry making
• Create options for ongoing education
• Weekend retreats
• Attending sports/extra-curricular activities
• Connecting participants with key contacts to foster success
• Meetings to help participants discuss goals and future plans

I Am I Can Advocates and Community Directors will meet frequently to discuss the girls' challenges and goals, strategies for program development and to identify the resources that are needed to support our mission.
